Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase, but if an item isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return process. Return Window: Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible.

  • Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (tags attached) to qualify for a refund. Please include all accessories and any freebies. Items made to your specifications (e.g. custom-tailored pieces) or intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service). If the item is defective or the return is our error, we will cover the shipping.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and typically completed within 14 days of our receipt of the return. You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.

  • Exchanges and Store Credit: If you prefer an exchange for a different size/color or store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this when you contact us, and we will assist you.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel an order and receive a refund if you do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that sale items may have different return rules (e.g. they may be final sale), which will be clearly indicated at purchase. Our goal is to make returns as simple as possible: allowing cancellations within 14 days and prompt refunds helps give you confidence when shopping with Sarees Jungle.
